Mugs, keychains and frames print same-day inside Dhaka if ordered before 2 PM. Albums and engraved plaques need 2โ3 days.
Anything above 1000ร1000 pixels prints cleanly. If your photo is too small we'll message you before printing โ we never print something that will look bad.
Yes. We send a digital mock-up on WhatsApp for approval before anything goes to print.
Personalised items can't be resold, so they're non-returnable โ unless there's a print defect or damage, which we replace free.
