How can I order flowers in Bangladesh?
Pick a bouquet or gift on the site, choose a delivery date and time, add the recipient's address and pay online or on delivery. You will get an order number to track it.
Does Radian Flower offer same-day delivery in Dhaka?
Yes. Inside Dhaka we offer 3-hour, same-day and midnight delivery — the options and today's cut-off times show at checkout.
Can I customize my bouquet or gift hamper?
Yes. Many products offer colour and size choices, add-ons and a personal message card. For a fully custom arrangement, contact us and we will arrange it.
What types of flowers and gifts are available?
Fresh flower bouquets, roses, lilies, gift hampers, chocolates, teddies and money bouquets — browse the categories at the top of the page.
How do I place an order online?
Add the product to your cart, go to checkout, enter the delivery details and choose a payment method. Your order confirmation arrives by SMS.
Which payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, cards and cash on delivery inside Dhaka. Some items are prepaid only; the product page says so.
Can I send a gift anonymously?
Yes. Leave the sender name blank on the message card and we will deliver it without revealing who sent it.
Sending flowers from abroad
Can I pay with a card issued in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or the Middle East?
Yes. Checkout runs through SSLCommerz, a secure payment gateway. You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card issued in any country. You can also pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket and other mobile banking, or by internet banking. Gift orders sent to someone else are paid online.
What time must I order for same-day delivery in Dhaka?
Order by 6 PM Bangladesh time (GMT+6) for Same Day delivery, or by 11 AM for the morning slot. Need it faster? 2 Hours delivery is open for orders placed between 9 AM and 7 PM. For a midnight surprise, order by 8 PM.
How much does delivery cost?
Inside Dhaka: 2 Hours Tk 350, Same Day Tk 200, Schedule It Tk 150, Midnight Tk 1,000. Outside Dhaka by courier: Tk 150 (gifts only, not fresh flowers).
Can I see the flowers before they are delivered?
Yes. Turn on Photo updates at checkout and we send you photos of your arrangement and the delivery.
Do you deliver fresh flowers outside Dhaka?
Fresh flowers and balloon arrangements are delivered inside Dhaka only, so they arrive fresh. Chocolates and many other gifts go to all 64 districts by courier.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. Turn on Send anonymously at checkout and your name will not appear on the card.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Write your message at checkout and we add it on a card with the gift. Any order can include a message card free of charge.
Can I book delivery weeks ahead for a birthday or anniversary?
Yes. Choose Schedule It and pick any date. Ordering early is the safest way to send from abroad.
Which time zone do your delivery times use?
All times are Bangladesh time (GMT+6). London is 5 to 6 hours behind, New York 10 to 11 hours behind, Sydney 4 to 5 hours ahead, Dubai 2 hours behind.
How do I follow my order?
